The petitioner appeals from the judgment of dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He claims that the habeas court improperly (1) denied his motion for a new habeas hearing, (2) denied his petition for certification to appeal the denial of his motion for a new habeas hearing, and (3) dismissed his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
