Claimant appeals as of right the circuit court's order affirming respondent's denial of claimant's application for funds under the Michigan Underground Storage Tank Financial Assurance Act (MUSTFAA), MCL 299.801 et seq.; MSA 13.29(201) et seq. We affirm.
