JORGE M. HAMDAN ("HAMDAN"), a citizen of Nicaragua, entered the United States as a lawful permanent resident. HAMDAN petitions this court for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") determination that the appellant is deportable because he was convicted of two crimes involving moral turpitude pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2)(A)(ii).
