Defendant Credit Lyonnais (Suisse) S.A. ("Credit Lyonnais") moves to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint on two grounds: (1) that the claims asserted in that complaint are barred by the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362; and (2) that the Court does not have in personam jurisdiction over Credit Lyonnais.
