Arcina Ann Gamble (Mrs. Gamble) seeks to have a $100,000 note (and the resulting state court judgment) given to her by her former husband, Sim Michael Gamble (Mr. Gamble), in their divorce proceeding declared nondischargeable in his bankruptcy case1 pursuant to § 523(a)(15) of the Bankruptcy Code.2
