BROWN, J.

A jury found that Randall L. Behnke imprisoned, battered and sexually assaulted Antoinette S. He sought and was denied access to certain mental health records of Antoinette which he claimed were material to his defense. He also objected to paying restitution for the cost of Antoinette's postevent psychiatric care on grounds that her condition was due in large part to preexisting problems. He raises those same objections now along with an ineffective assistance...
