Michael D. Fourty is appealing his conviction of delinquency by the Clark County Juvenile Court on the grounds of vehicular homicide, R.C. 2903.07. The homicide in this case was the tragic death of Robert Conrad, a fellow student of Fouty's at Tecumseh High School and Fouty's best friend.
