Plaintiff Shpargel was employed by defendant Stage & Co. (hereinafter "Stage") for approximately ten years before being fired by Stage's president and manager, defendant Goldberg, on September 13, 1994. Plaintiff brought this suit alleging that the termination violated the both ADA and Title VII.
