The Columbus Metropolitan Area Community Action Organization, ("CMACAO"), has appealed from the decision and accompanying order of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas which denied CMACAO's Civ.R. 60(B) motion, and vacated the court's prior consolidation of two cases involving the parties to the instant action. William Enyart and his wife have pursued a cross-appeal.
