Before the Court are two Motions for Summary Judgment filed separately by defendant Richard Horzewski and defendant Steven Braun. For the reasons that follow, the Court concludes that Horzewski and Braun are entitled to dismissal from suit for plaintiff's failure to raise a successful cause of action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and under the doctrine of qualified immunity.
