Kathryn, Joanne, and Sarina Amiel appeal from a judgment of conviction entered in the Eastern District of New York on May 12, 1995 (Thomas C. Platt, Judge) following a jury trial. The Amiels were convicted of conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and various counts of mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341.
