The only issue presented in this appeal is whether the refusal of a trial court to give a proposed instruction, that the jury should treat the testimony of law enforcement officers like any other evidence and not give such testimony special consideration, infringed upon the right of Mark Wilkening (Wilkening) to due process of law.
