In this appeal by Defendant-Appellant, Mark A. Brantley (Defendant), we hold that the trial court did not err in admitting autopsy photographs of the murder victim involved and that there was sufficient evidence to convict Defendant of second degree murder on the basis of accomplice liability. However, we also hold that the sentencing court did err in sentencing Defendant to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment under Hawai`i Revised Statutes (HRS...
