Defendant Jerilyn Shelton Dawson appeals from a judgment for attorney fees entered against her based on findings that plaintiff law firm Jones, Waldo, Holbrook and McDonough did not establish a "cap" on its attorney fees for representing Dawson in her divorce action. She assails the trial court's decision that collateral estoppel and res judicata barred her from relitigating in this action the amount of attorney fees which the divorce court found reasonable...
