Mary Dickinson appeals an order granting a new trial to Hans Sdorra and Tacoma Yellow Cab. We reverse.

On July 3, 1991, a car driven by Dickinson collided with a taxicab driven by Sdorra and owned by Tacoma Yellow Cab. The collision occurred on 19th Street in Tacoma.
