We hold that a claimant who brings a discrimination claim pursuant to 25 O.S.1991, § 1901, which grants a private right of action for employment discrimination on grounds of handicap, is not required to comply with notice provisions contained in the Governmental Tort Claims Act, found in 51 O.S. 1991, § 151 et seq.
