This is a Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C appeal by defendant Jeffrey P. Reynolds ("Reynolds") of a default judgment entered against him pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 37(d) for what the trial court termed Reynolds'"clear and willful violation" of a court order to supplement responses to interrogatories propounded by plaintiff AT&T Universal Card Services Corp. ("AT&T").
