With this action, plaintiff Weatherchem Corporation ("Weatherchem") claims that defendant J.L. Clark, Inc. ("Clark") wilfully infringed two patents owned by Weatherchem: Patent No. 4,693,399 (the "'399 patent") and Patent No. 4,936,494 (the "'494 patent").
