This action arose out of Probate Court proceedings in the bitterly contested divorce of plaintiff Stanley L. Handman ("the husband") and Clare D. Handman ("the wife"). Lawrence R. Opert ("the husband's lawyer") represented the husband in both the divorce action and the present case. Defendant Robert M.
