Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment in a breach of contract action. The jury returned a verdict in plaintiffs' favor, and they assign error to the trial court's refusal to award them attorney fees under the contract. Defendant Jacobsen cross-appeals, assigning error to the denial of her attorney fees and her motions for directed verdict and new trial.1 We reverse and remand on the issue of plaintiffs' attorney fees, and...
