Robert Arrington, Jacqueline Burch, and Howard Baker pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. They now appeal their sentences. Arrington and Burch argue that the provisions mandating different sentences for offenses involving "cocaine" and "cocaine base" are ambiguous and thus the district court should have applied the lesser penalties for "cocaine."
