William C. Selvage and William C. Selvage, Inc. (collectively "Selvage") appeal the amount of attorney fees awarded by the trial court against Sear-Brown Associates and The Sear-Brown Group, Inc. (collectively "Sear-Brown"). Sear-Brown cross-appeals the trial court's order finding it liable to Selvage under the Utah Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act and a common law theory of mere instrumentality...
