I. FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS

Phillip Chokwak, a minor, became intoxicated at a party hosted by Les and Ron Worley. The Worleys, ages 15 and 17, had furnished a keg of beer and a punch drink mixed with grain alcohol for their classmates at Wasilla High School. Approximately seventy-five to a hundred people attended the party...
