Chamberlin, d/b/a Custom Framing (Custom Framing), appeals from the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment of the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County, concluding that Custom Framing committed an anticipatory breach of the subcontractor agreement between Custom Framing and Puckett Construction and from the court's subsequent order awarding Puckett Construction attorney's fees and costs.
