Plaintiffs, Arthur and Betty Trujillo, allege that the Defendants violated their Fourth Amendment rights during the execution of an in rem seizure warrant and the subsequent warrantless search of their real property. Plaintiffs bring this action against U.S. Customs agents, Stephen Simer, Traci Lembke and Curtis Lembke pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents...
