MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BUCKLO, District Judge.

Petitioner, Louis French, was convicted of armed robbery in 1965. He was released from prison in 1973. Subsequently, Mr. French was convicted again of armed robbery in 1978 and presently is serving a fifty to one hundred year sentence for that crime. Mr. French has pursued various avenues of relief on various claims for both crimes in the state court system, but none of his efforts have been successful...
