Peter C. Americanos was terminated from his position as a Deputy Attorney General ("DAG") for the State of Indiana. He filed suit in district court claiming that he was discharged because he was (1) affiliated with the Republican Party, (2) a Caucasian male of Greek origin, and (3) fifty-two.
