Plaintiffs have filed two separate Complaints requesting that this Court order Defendants to appoint an independent trustee to oversee the operations of the White Earth and Leech Lake Bands of Chippewa Indians, with the authority to recapture all monies obtained unlawfully by members of their respective Reservation Business Committees, and the power to supervise the Bands' business...
