This is a case involving the continuing commitment of petitioner to the Oregon State Hospital (OSH) by an order of respondent Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). The Court of Appeals affirmed PSRB's order without opinion. We allowed petitioner's petition for review to assess her claim that PSRB's order was not supported by substantial evidence.
