OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Christopher M. Howell was convicted by a jury of first-degree murder. Superior Court Judge Thomas E. Schulz sentenced Howell to sixty-five years with fifteen years suspended. Howell now appeals his conviction, the denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal or new trial, and his sentence. We reverse.
