Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment in favor of defendant Andover Securities (Andover)1 in this action for damages arising from the sale of unregistered securities. We reverse and remand.

Summary judgment is appropriate when there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact and the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Jones v. General Motors Corp., 139 Or.App....
