Defendants previously moved this court to dismiss Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. On May 18, 1994, the court stayed discovery for the purpose of researching and filing motions on the issue of qualified immunity. The two motions filed addressed that concern and otherwise generally moved for a dismissal with prejudice. The court granted the motions on May 16, 1995.
