Guessinia Verners was convicted of possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute, establishment of manufacturing operations, and aiding and abetting her co-defendant Laroon Verners in the commission of those crimes, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), 856(a)(1), and 18 U.S.C. § 2. She was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 151 months, followed by a ten year period of supervised release. On direct appeal...
