Petitioner, Joy A. Lewis (claimant), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) which affirmed an order of the hearing officer determining that she was not eligible for unemployment compensation benefits pursuant to § 8-73-112, C.R.S. (1995 Cum.Supp.). We affirm.
