This is an appeal by the plaintiff of the allowance of the defendant's Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 12(b)(2) motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
The plaintiff's three-sentence complaint identified the defendant as a California resident, and alleged that the defendant owed a balance "for goods and services rendered" to him.
