This is an appeal from an order of the district court granting summary judgment for defendant trucking companies in an action by plaintiff owner-operators seeking to set aside a labor arbitration award. Jurisdiction arises under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act. 29 U.S.C. § 185. The appeal presents the question whether the arbitrators acted within the authority conferred upon them by the parties...
