This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction. In its complaint, Plaintiff seeks to quiet title to certain real property located in Lansing, Michigan. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant County of Ingham failed to give pre-sale and post-sale notice of the tax sale of the property as required under Michigan law.
