Machado, and Kelson "Mac" Poepoe (Appellants) appeal the second circuit court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the Defendants-Appellees and amended judgment dismissing the Appellants' claims with prejudice. The Appellants' complaint sought (1) a declaration that certain third party agreements (TPAs)1 are contrary to the Hawaiian
