This appeal arises from a rule filed by Songa M. Goss in which the trial court found that Jimmy G. Goss owed $18,260.00 in past-due child support; $1,044.00 for his share of past-due health insurance premiums; and $140.74 for his share of past medical expenses not covered by insurance.
