Defendant, Lorenzo Martinnillie, appeals the trial court's denial of his Crim. P. 35(a) motion challenging the legality of his sentence. We affirm.

In 1994, as a result of a plea agreement, defendant pled guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of the statute now codified as § 42-4-1301(1), C.R.S. (1996 Cum.Supp.). Defendant was sentenced to a term of one year in the county jail, to be followed by two years...
