Farm Family Mutual Insurance Company appeals from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Oxford County, Calkins, J.) in favor of William and Jane Gibson on their breach of contract claim against the insurance company. Farm Family contends that pursuant to the terms of an insurance policy issued by it to the Gibsons it had no duty to defend the Gibsons against two lawsuits brought by neighboring landowners.
