Presently before the Court is a cross-motion of Eton Centers Co. ("Eton") filed February 20, 1996, in response to a motion filed on January 19, 1996, by Victory Market Inc. ("Debtor") seeking a further extension of time to assume or reject a non-residential real property lease through March 20, 1996.
