This case came before us on the petition for certiorari of the Department of Employment and Training (DET) Board of Review. The District Court reversed the decision of the board of review (the board) regarding the plaintiff's unemployment benefits. The board had affirmed the DET's decision which disqualified plaintiff, Ann Brouillette (Brouillette), from receiving unemployment benefits pursuant to G.L.1956 § 28-44...
