Defendant, Zahrod Tolbert, appeals from the judgment of the trial court finding him guilty of drug possession, drug trafficking, and possession of criminal tools. On appeal, defendant argues that his motion to suppress should have been granted and that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction for possession of criminal tools.
