BROWN, Judge.

A jury convicted defendants, Sedric Hampton, Billy Abney and Bobby Perry, of three counts of theft of over $500, LSA-R.S. 14:67. The trial court sentenced defendant Hampton to two years at hard labor on each count to run concurrently. Defendants Abney and Perry were given suspended sentences of two years at hard labor and were placed on supervised probation for three years. Defendants appeal their convictions.
