At issue is the propriety of the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of third-party defendants, Elliot I. Goodman and the law firm of Gottlieb and Schwartz, on the claim for indemnity brought by third-party plaintiffs, Marshall Kerschner and Ronald Karlin.
