OPINION & ORDER

MORGAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Petitioner Clinton S. Matthews' (a/k/a Clinton S. Matthew) ("Matthews") Motion for Return of Property filed October 26, 1995 pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 41(e).1 Matthews alleges that his property was seized without a warrant and in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights. He demands the return of his property.
