Ronald Widman claimed against Paige J. Johnson and Hanson Natural Resources Company (Hanson) for personal injuries sustained in an auto accident. Johnson cross-claimed against Hanson. When the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Hanson, Johnson filed this appeal and Widman cross-appealed. Taking the facts in the light most favorable to the appellants,1 we affirm.
