Following a lengthy trial, a jury found that defendants-appellants misappropriated trade secrets, breached duties owed and violated the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices Act. The jury awarded $9,500,000 in damages to plaintiffs, The United Group of National Paper Distributors, Inc., and Bancroft Paper Company.
