This action was tried before a jury upon the complaint of plaintiffs Wilma Corby (Corby) and The Farmers Insurance Group of Companies (Farmers Group) (collectively Corby and Farmers Group) against defendant Larry Swank (Swank) for damages arising from a collision between Corby's car and Swank's truck at a four-way stop intersection in Terre Haute.
